Additional terms of the lease were not disclosed by thebuilding's owner, New York City-based Tishman Speyer. Currentasking rents at the building are listed at $33 per square foot.
The Turner Construction lease marks the latest score for TwoAlliance, which signed New York City-based insurer Marsh &McLennan Cos. to a 125,000-square-foot lease last October. Thebuilding has also earned LEED Gold certification by the US GreenBuilding Council, making it the first office tower in Buckhead toachieve that status.
"Our firm commitment to deliver Buckhead's finest new building,in accordance with LEED Gold standards, has made Two Alliance amust-consider office location for companies looking to establishthemselves and grow in this attractive submarket," Jim Meyer,managing director of Tishman Speyer, stated in a release. He addsthat the latest lease should help bring additional tenants to thebuilding.
