Lease terms of the deal were not released. The asking lease rate of the property is $4.52 per square foot net.
This lease will move the New Jersey-based NFI Distribution into the Minneapolis marketplace. In its search the company was looking for features that met the needs of its logistics business.
"Our building met NFI's specific requirements in terms of location and 32 foot clear heights that are critical for their high-velocity logistics business," Willson says.
Jeff Pryztarski of CB Richard Ellis, and Brian Netz and Bill Ritter, both of NAI Welsh Cos. assisted with the lease deal.
