The Libertyville Corporate Center is a 40-acre business parkthat contains both office and industrial tenants. The propertycurrently houses two buildings, this 253,000-square-foot industrialfacility and a 35,000-square-foot office. Roughly 20 acres of landis currently available for sale or build-to-suit projects,according to GVA executives.
