One of the UK's top property consultants, GVA Grimley offers such property-related services as agency leasing, planning, building consultancy, investment, property management and valuation consultancy as well as specialist advice in telecoms, education, healthcare, retail, contamination, plant and machinery and the automotive and roadside sectors.

The MOU will work both ways, with Cassidy Turley also providing access to the North America market. Its industry specialities are in automotive, food facilities, health care, higher education, hospitality, law firms, life sciences, non-profits and retail.

Earlier this month, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Colliers Pinkard, Colliers ABR, BT Commercial and CPS CORFAC in Northern California, BRE Commercial in Southern California, BRE Commercial in Arizona and Colliers Houston & Co. of New Jersey announced, they will be forming Cassidy Turley.

Based in St. Louis, Mark Burkhart, CEO of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, will be CEO. Joe Stettinius, CEO of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers in DC, will be president. Colliers Pinkard's CEO, Wally Pinkard, will be chairman. Cassidy Turley is launching as the third largest property manager in the US, according to the firm, with some 420 million square feet of property under management.
