Barnes & Thornburg has taken 83,000 square feet to expandits presence in Chicago. The law firm employs 90 attorneys and 70staff. CB Richard Ellis' David Tropp represented the law firm inthe deal.

Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold took 19,346 square feet witha medium-term lease. Studley's Rick Schuham represented thefirm.

Both leases will begin in 2012. The terms and lease rates oneither deal were not released.

As GlobeSt.com reported, in April 2008, Hinespurchased the 51-story office tower located in the West Loop. Atthe time it was 98% leased to tenants including Citadel andPricewaterhouseCoopers. The current lead tenant is UBS A.G., whichoccupies 450,000 square feet.
