WORCESTER, MA-Perkins Farm Marketplace is securing a $13.1-million refi here. The borrower, an affiliate of Centro Properties Group is netting the fixed-rate loan from UniBank, working with participants Webster Five and Marlborough Savings.

The 203,000-square-foot retail center is anchored by grocery chain Super Stop & Shop, along with fellow tenants A.J. Wright, Building 19, Flagship Bank, Burger King and Bank of America. The property is currently 100% leased.
