The 203,000-square-foot retail center is anchored by grocery chain Super Stop & Shop, along with fellow tenants A.J. Wright, Building 19, Flagship Bank, Burger King and Bank of America. The property is currently 100% leased.

The property, 867-965 Grafton St. sits on 20 acres near Route 122. The refinancing was worked out by Anthony Cutone and Lauren O'Neil of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.
