"This is the company's first lease in the Cincinnati market and we're confident they will be satisfied with the city and region's business climate," says Doug Armbruster, VP of leasing in IDI's local office.
Hayneedle, which also has 220 specialty stores, will move into the distribution space at the start of June. The facility, which sits just three miles from Interstate 75, includes 36-foot clear ceilings, extra wide 60-foot bays.
These features drew Hayneedle to the property. "We were able to offer a strategically located new industrial facility, to support Hayneedle's distribution efforts," says Doug Armbruster, vice president of leasing in IDI's Cincinnati market office.
As part of the drawing factor, the Monroe Logistics Center Building A qualifies for a 15-year, 100% real estate tax abatement. The lease terms were not released.
CB Richard Ellis's Bob Bunton and David Maener represented Hayneedle in the transaction.
