Currently, the pet supply product company has a warehouse/distribution facility leased at 45 Holton St. in Woburn, MA and will stay within Massachusetts with its transfer over to 90 Salem Rd. here for a seven-year lease. Fellow tenant Siegel Egg Co., which takes up about half of the facility. CB Richard Ellis's David Corkery and Mark Reardon represented ING Clarion, while Greg Klemmer of Klemmer Associates, LLC repped the Beverly, MA-based company. "PetEdge had a real need and the fundamentals of the building were good," explains Corkery.
