PHILADELPHIA-But the purchase of 2000 Market St. is a rare deal in a city that has seen office transactions plummet in the last year.
Last year there were only $99 million in office transactions in Philadelphia, according to Real Capital Analytics, down from $747 million the previous year. The Rreef deal came as Deutsche was in the process of trying to restructure $1.2 billion in debt.
