According to senior managing director Douglas A. Gaffney, theaggregated lease value exceeded $17 million for a 15-year period.Gaffney adds that he was the sole broker on the deal.
The firm also recently signed a 10-year, 33,000-square-footoffice and manufacturing lease for Royle Systems Group at TAAssociates' 2 Bauer Dr. in Oakland. According to a recent Cushman& Wakefield report, the Bergen County industrial rental rate ishovering around $6.50 a square foot.
