Among that eclectic mix, Cramer-Kresselt Co., a Chicago-based media and advertising company, signed a 10-year, 16,500-square-foot lease for the entire fifth floor, relocating from 7 W. 22nd St.. Rob Silver, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. On the two floors directly above Cramer-Kesselt, Lehr Construction signed a seven-year, 33,000-square-foot extension. The existing lease has three years remaining, keeping the tenant there for at least the next decade.

Warner Music division RoadRunner Records has signed a five-year, 16,500-square-foot renewal for the entire eighth floor at the property. Cushman & Wakefield's Joshua Goldman represented the tenant. Also in recent days, Sir Chester Drawers, a division of North American Bear Co., relocated within 902 Broadway, taking 5,300 square feet on the 14th floor. Mesmer and FSW's Marty Meyer also represented the tenant as well as the landlord, 902 Associates.

As previously reported on GlobeSt.com, FSW arranged a 15-year corporate headquarters lease at 902 Broadway with national footwear company Deer Stags Inc., which will occupy the entire third floor, totaling 16,500 square feet when the build-out is complete in the first quarter. Other existing tenants include Bayard Advertising, Phipps Houses Services, Della Femina Rothschild Jeary, MKDA and H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture.
