Headed by Alliance Architects, the build-out--which is set to for completion by Mar. 1, 2010--will turn the space into an office-flex configuration, with 20,000 square feet dedicated to private offices and workstations. The remaining 20,000 square feet will be used as a production and manufacturing shop.

The Brick Yard is a master-planned community consisting of 63 acres of residential and retail transit-oriented development, along with a 60-acre business park for light industrial, office, flex and warehouse space.

This is the second lease signed at the business park; the first was with Party Rental, Ltd. for 82,000 square feet. In addition, three other buildings have been sold in the park: Freestate Electric purchased a 43,914-square-foot building; Floormax, a 36,545-square-foot space; and American Mechanical Services picked up a 24,859-square-foot facility.
