In a lawsuit in an Atlanta federal court, Cousins saysBentleyForbes Group LLC and its subsidiaries wrongfully terminatedits property management contract, changed the locks on themanagement offices and hired away its employees to operate thebuilding. BentleyForbes, for its part, claims Cousins' lawsuit is"frivolous," claiming dissatisfaction with Cousins' management ofthe property.

BentleyForbes accused Cousins of attempting to lure tenants inthe city's tallest tower to other properties owned or managed bythe Cousins, an Atlanta-based real estate investment trust,according to the lawsuit. The accusation is unfounded, Cousinssaid.
