MGA will move its South Florida operations from 730 NW 107th Ave. in Miami. Terms of the lease were not disclosed by the landlord, Coral Gables-based Flagler.
"This transaction demonstrates that there is in fact movement and confidence in the South Florida market, and that well located business parks offering high-quality construction and amenities will remain in demand," says Stuart Gordon, Flagler senior director of leasing who worked with leasing director Chris Sutton. MGA was represented by Vincent Mele & Associates Inc.
Flagler Station encompasses nine million square feet of office and industrial space near Miami International Airport and Florida's Turnpike. Large tenants include Brightstar, Ryder System, Komatsu, LagasseSweet and FedEx.
