CPS Healthcare is taking 12,400 square feet at 1401 Wilson. Eugene J.Martin, Damon Rothman and Kerry Colclough of the Ezra Co. representedthe tenant. Meanwhile, ACT College, signed an 8,500-square-foot lease at 1400 KeyBlvd., with David Scheinberg of Studley representing the tenant. Also taking space at 1400 Key is HealthCommunications, which grabbed 7,800 square feet. The tenant was represented by EzraCo.'s Martin, Rothman and Colclough.

These leases follow a series of back-to-back deals at the end of lastyear whenthe Department of Defense renewed 293,500 square feet across fiveproperties for a five-year term.

Monday Properties' 10-building, 2.5 million-square-foot officeportfolio represents 30% of Rosslyn's office market. It includes the1.1-million-square-foot Twin Towers; 1101 Wilson Blvd., a325,830-square-foot office; 1200 Wilson Blvd., which is 145,702 squarefeet; the 280,259-square-foot 1701 N. Fort Myer Dr.; the241,844-square-foot 1501-1515 Wilson Blvd.; and the 82,326-square-foot2990 Telestar Ct.
