"OHL was looking not only for a centralized location to serve their customers, but also for a facility that will meet their sustainability needs over the long-term," says Jeff Smith, VP of leasing and development for IDI. "We are thrilled that we were able to address their requirements with this spec building at Bolingbrook."

Bolingbrook Corporate Center West Building II is a 269,590-square-foot building within the 900,000-square-foot, two-building complex near Interstate 55 and Route 53. Building II has 32-foot clear ceilings and 48 docks. The building OHL will occupy was completed in 2008 and is LEED Silver certified for Core and Shell.
