The company, a direct supplier of consumer goods, has leased the space for six-years and has an option to extend, Scott Seltzer, CORE partner, tells GlobeSt.com. The asking rate was $4.00 per square foot, triple net. The exact rental rate was not disclosed.
This lease will expand the company's presence into the Michigan market.
"This property is located in a class A industrial park near Ford Motor Company headquarters. It allows the tenant to move in pursuant to their immediate timeframe with the landlord making the interior modifications and upgrades of the building," says Seltzer. "In addition, it has easy access to help service their customers throughout the State for next day delivery of their products."
Additionally, Seltzer says the facility is likely to bring up to 200 new jobs to the area.
