Locally based TKC has developed at least 11 million square feetof industrial, retail and office properties over the past decade.Its healthcare division will also offer feasibility and planning,site selection and acquisition, marketing and leasing, and assetand property management, as well as real estate ownershipopportunities for physicians and hospitals.

Lawler and Jenkins have more than 20 years of experience inhealthcare development and were responsible for one million squarefeet of medical space in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland andGeorgia while at Indianapolis, IN-based Lauth. Lawler waspreviously senior development associate and regional manager of theAtlanta office of Brookfield, WI-based Hammes Co., a leadingnational healthcare facility developer.
