Dr. Margaret Andrin has signed a 10-year lease for a 4,708square feet at Branchburg, the 15-building, 116,500-square-footcampus located directly on Route 22 in Somerset County's BranchburgTownship, according to Victor Kelly, a Raider Realty vicepresident, who handled the transaction. The submarket herecurrently has rental rates running in the $28 range, according toCushman & Wakefield's Q4 office report.

In addition, Princeton Center for Leadership Training, anon-profit organization that conducts education leadershipprograms, has reserved 2,841 square feet for a training center atMontgomery Commons, a nine-building, 59,319-square-foot medical andoffice complex in Mercer County's Princeton Township. Robert Marek,another Raider Realty vice president, served as broker for thesigning. Mercer County comes in with a higher rental rate thanSomerset, at $34.16, according to C&W.

Branchburg Commons is near many of the state's major medicalhospitals, including Somerset Medical Center, Hunterdon MedicalCenter and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. The corporatepark is currently offering built-to-suit leasing opportunities withsuites sized from 800 square feet and up. The campus also includesa freestanding, 7,000-square-foot building that houses daycarefacility Goddard School.
