In a release, Mosler calls it "an honor to kick off what Ianticipate will be the most exciting and rewarding chapter of myreal estate career by representing an owner/developer with thecredentials and financial strength of a Charles Cohen, whocontinues to build, manage and add value to one of the mostprestigious privately-owned real estate portfolios of its kind inthe world." Cohen calls it "an important strategic alliance" forhis firm, the release states.

As part of the assignment's initial phase, Mosler has assembleda C&W team that also includes Edward Weiss and Joseph Cabrera.They'll handle the exclusive leasing agencies for three of Cohen'skey Manhattan office properties: the 41-story 3 Park Ave., the31-story 805 Third Ave., the 20- story 3 E. 54th St. and the39-story tower at 622 Third Ave., also known as Grand CentralPlaza.

With Cohen Brothers maintaining a large in-house leasingdepartment that handles brokerage transactions for most of itsportfolio internally, the C&W team will also be leveraging itsin-house strategic agency services group, which markets and leasespremier properties to prospective tenants. For Mosler, the alliancewith Cohen Brothers is in keeping with his return to what he calls"my first love" of driving new national and global brokeragebusiness to the company, developing major accounts and serving keyclients. He'll perform these roles while also carrying out hisduties as co-chairman, according to the release.
