Los Angeles-based Triyar Cos. LLC has purchased the812,697-square-foot Nike Inc. distribution center at 8400Winchester Road from iStar Financial Inc. for $14.5 million, or $18per square foot. Johnny Lamberson and Frank Quinn with CB RichardEllis brokered the deal.

The 115,000-square-foot Marquesa Plaza shopping center sold for$11 million to CR South LLC, a partnership between Baltimore-basedContinental Realty Corp. and Delray Beach, FL-based Forman Capital.The center opened in 2007 and was previously owned by MarquesaPlaza LLC.

Midtown at Forest Acres, a 695,000-square-foot shopping mall,sold for $4.4 million or roughly $6 per square foot. CenturyCapital Group LLC and Investment Property Exchange Services boughtthe asset from Richland Joint Venture Group LLC. Bill Kohlhepp andBill Buford Jr. of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller,while R. Leon Jones Realty represented the buyer.

Marcus & Millichap brokers Evan Kristol, StillHunter III and Francesco Carriera represented seller FL-4 CarlsbadLLC and also secured the buyer.
