TAMARAC, FL-CBRE Capital Markets arranges Freddie Mac financing for the 300-apartment complex.

CBRE Capital Markets arranged $23.2 million in acquisitionfinancing for the 300-unit Archstone Gardens apartments. Termsinclude a 10-year term, 30-year amortization and 75% LTV. CharlesFoschini, Christian Lee and Christopher Apone with CBRE's Miamioffice arranged the financing through Freddie Mac on behalf ofCoral Vista Investors LLC.
