"There has been a recent increase of people going back to schoolfor additional education and training as they wait for the jobmarket to rebound," Meril says. "As a supporter of the highereducation industry, this trend has helped spur the growth ofEducation Dynamics and created a need for more space."

The five-story, 120,000-square-foot property is located inHoboken's business district, in close proximity to numerousbusinesses, shops and restaurants. Existing tenants include thePort Authority of New York and New Jersey, PVM Oil Associates andClearpointe.
