Leslie Meril and Doug Rowe, managing directors at FSW,represented Education Dynamics on the expansion and extension ofits existing 12,522-square-foot, second-floor lease to 15,803square feet. The company also occupies about 10,000 square feet at111 River St., known as the Wiley Building.


"There has been a recent increase of people going back to schoolfor additional education and training as they wait for the jobmarket to rebound," Meril says. "As a supporter of the highereducation industry, this trend has helped spur the growth ofEducation Dynamics and created a need for more space."


The five-story, 120,000-square-foot property is located inHoboken's business district, in close proximity to numerousbusinesses, shops and restaurants. Existing tenants include thePort Authority of New York and New Jersey, PVM Oil Associates andClearpointe.
