Reportedly the largest solder preform manufacturer in the world,Coining will use the single-story property as its new and largerheadquarters. The building, which underwent extensive upgrades andrenovations following its acquisition in 2006, will undergo furtherrenovations to suit Coining's manufacturing needs. Renovations andoccupancy are slated for completion in late 2010.

The property is located on almost six acres in Bergen County andoffers direct access to the Garden State Parkway. It is also nearthe Palisades Interstate Parkway, I-287 and Manhattan via theTappan Zee or George Washington bridges.
