MISHAWAKA, IN-The Center PC, a plastic surgery practice, hasleased 10,500 square feet on the first floor of a newly-openedoutpatient facility at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center.Developed and owned by Indianapolis-based BremnerDuke HealthcareReal Estate, the four-story, 205,000 square foot medical center isconnected to the new 254-bed Saint Joseph hospital on all fourlevels.

SCHAUMBURG, IL- Casual Male Retail Group Inc. has signed an11,958-square-foot lease in the 91,831-square-foot SchaumburgPromenade, adjacent to the Woodfield Mall. The lease was for thecompany's new superstore concept, Destination XL. The new storeconcept will provide a one-stop shopping destination offering afull assortment of their core brands, including Casual Male XL andRochester Clothing. Inland Real Estate Corp. represented theproperty owner in the lease.

FLOSSMOOR, IL- McShane Construction Co. has completed the new15,116 square foot, single-story, mixed-use building on behalf ofdeveloper Alliance Real Estate LLC. McShane provided design/buildconstruction services for the project located on a 1.79-acre parcelat 19801 Governors Highway in Flossmoor, Illinois. The buildingoffers retail and medical office. Premier Orthopaedic and HandCenter is occupying a 7,000-square-foot medical office suite. WCSOccupational Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Inc. has alsocommitted to a 2,800 square foot tenant suite for its physicaltherapy and sports performance services. The law firm of Shapiro,Vasilatos & Cotter, P.C. will occupy a 1,400 square foot officesuite. All three tenants will take occupancy in mid-March.
