Rob Glaser, Principal and Industrial Specialist, PICOR Commercial Real Estate Services, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Member, represented owner Walker Tucson Properties LLC. Anthony Reed, Long Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant.

PHOENIX-DHL Express (USA) Inc. of Plantation, CA signed a 25,000-square-foot lease at Sky Harbor Business Park on 18th Place and University Drive. Jerry McCormick, John Werstler, Seth Garrett and Jackie Orcutt of CB Richard Ellis represented owner EastGroup Properties. Jim Wilson with Cushman & Wakefield of Phoenix represented the tenant.

PHOENIX-Syntellect Inc. has leased 15,396 square feet for its new headquarters at the 80-acre Corridors-Phoenix business park at 2095 W. Pinnacle Park Rd. Ashley Brooks with CB Richard Ellis represented Alter Group, the landlord. James Bayless, Senior Vice President, CB Richard Ellis, represented Syntellect in the transaction.

DALLAS-Taco Bell of America Inc. completed am 18,000-square-foot ground lease at 3636 Forest Lane from MPC Properties, Ltd. Bob Ginsburg of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.

DALLAS-Six tenants have taken a combined 15,000 square feet of office space at Adolphus Tower at 1412 Main St. in the CBD. Mark Boynton with Henry S. Miller Brokerage LLC handled the leases on behalf of the landlord, Henry S. Miller Brokerage Investments. John Bailey of the Allan Bailey Group and Grant Sumner of Peloton Real Estate Partners separately represented the tenants. The building is also being marketed for sale.

HOUSTON-Berkley Oil & Gas Specialty Services, LLC, has leased 10,175 square feet of office space at Millennium Tower at 10375 Richmond Avenue. Steve Rocher, Kristen Rabel and Louann Pereira of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord, Millennium-Windfall Partners, Ltd, in the transaction. Sue Rogers of CRESA Partners represented the tenant.

IRVING-Texas Freightway Inc. leased 91,436 square feet of industrial space at 5101 Statesman Dr. from CRP 2 Holdings EE. Corbin Crews with CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord.

IRVING-Nokia Siemens Networks US leased 42,419 square feet of office space at 6000 Connection Dr. from iSTAR CTL Connection – Irving LLC. CB Richard Ellis'Jack Fraker negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.

FRISCO-Corepoint Health has signed a five-year lease for 13,701 square feet on the third floor of 3010 Gaylord Parkway for its new corporate headquarters in Hall Office Park. Move-in is scheduled for late-February 2010.

PASADENA-The U.S. General Services Administration leased 12,574 square feet of industrial/warehouse space at 11810 Fairmont Pkwy.. Brian Weiss out of Jones Lang Lasalle's Washing D.C. office represented the U.S. in the transaction. Ed Frantz and Gray Gilbert with CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Kelley Fairmont, Inc.

CONSTRUCTON/Texas
BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION-Horizon Bay Retirement Living broke ground on Isle at Watercrest, a full-service, assisted living project. The developer is South Bay Partners and the general contractor is Integrated Real Estate Group. Upon completion, the facility will have 26 skilled nursing units and 57 assisted living units.

INVESTMENT/Texas
SPRING-Coventry Fund VI Ltd. acquired the 48,000-square-foot Cypresswood Place, a Class B office building at 6605 Cypresswood from JWAK Properties Ltd. Grubb & Ellis' Beth Young and Henry Hagendorf represented Coventry Fund VI in the transaction. Brenda Pennington of Pennington Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented the seller.
