A member of the Sudler tenant family since 1998, Capacity, whichspecializes in order fulfillment, e-commerce, warehousedistribution and Electronic Data Interchange integration withwarehouses, has renewed its lease for the entire125,000-square-foot building at 1112 Corporate Rd. within theSudler Corporate Park. In a concurrent transaction, Capacity alsoexpanded its footprint in the park, signing a long-term lease forthe 130,000-square-foot 1101 Corporate Rd., formerly part of thecampus of Church & Dwight Co., owner of the Arm & Hammerbrand.

"Although the real estate market is challenging, leasingactivity in the Central New Jersey industrial market has been onthe upswing," says Spinweber. "Industrial tenants are takingaction, and Capacity took the opportunity to concentrate its officeand warehousing needs together."

Built in 1980, the property, which sits on an 11-acre lot,features 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing, one drive-in dock and10 external docks. With this transaction, Capacity is consolidatingits Eastern warehouse and fulfillment services hub from 1600Livingston Ave.
