Adams says that two of the transactions involved space atindustrial properties on Evans Way here. He represented the ownerin a 28,727-square-foot lease to Life Cell Corp. at 220 Evans Way,a 69,700-square-foot industrial/flex building and acted as both thelisting and procuring agent for the leasing of a 43,600-square-footindustrial building to Specified Technologies at 210 Evans Way.First Service Williams was the procuring agency in the transactionat 220 Evans Way.


In a third transaction, Adams was the listing broker for 17,590square feet of space leased to Beacon Graphic Systems at 189Meister Ave. here. Binswanger represented the tenant.


Additionally, executive vice president/principal of CBC Feist& Feist, Peter Wisniewski, was involved in the leasing of 8,505square feet of office/warehouse space at 14 Culnen Dr. here to theBattery Zone. At 10 Culnen Dr., CBC Feist & Feist salesassociate Michael Cifaldi facilitated a 1,000-square-foot officelease for a fiber optic switching station.
