According to company executives, the new Princeton office ispart of the firm's overall expansion plans in the Tri-State region.In addition, FirstService Williams has hired Kevin Coleman as asales associate, who will operate out of the locally based office,focusing on tenant and landlord representation in the region. "ThePrinceton office is another example of how our firm is growingoverall, while many of our competitors in the commercial realestate services sector stagnate or contract," says Mark Jaccom, CEOof FirstService Williams.

"Princeton is an active, profitable market with tremendousopportunities for tenant representation, agency assignments andinvestment sales," adds Jeff Schotz, executive managing officer,who leads both the Parsippany and Princeton offices. "It was onlylogical to establish a more formal presence there."

FirstService Williams' New Jersey leasing team recently arrangedtwo long-term Princeton deals on behalf of landlord, RXR Realty, atOne University Square. Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. signed a67,531-square-foot lease for the entire top floor as its USheadquarters, while Axis Insurance Company signed a26,600-square-foot office lease on the second floor.
