Maersk Distribution Services will be the building's tenant.Maersk Line has operated at the Port of Savannah since 2007,expanding its trade capabilities to India, the Mediterranean andthe Middle East.

"We're pleased to add Maersk to our outstanding roster ofclients in Savannah," says Chris Brown, Duke's senior vicepresident in Atlanta. He notes that the size of Duke's Savannahportfolio provides tenants such as Maersk with flexibility as wellas financial strength.

Indianapolis, IN-based Duke owns 6.7 million square feet ofindustrial buildings and land in the Savannah market, which totalsnearly 41 million square feet in Chatham, Bryan, Liberty andEffingham Counties. Overall, Duke owns and operates 135 millionsquare feet in 20 cities across the US.
