Among the buildings now being managed by RMC are UniversityCorporate Center in Orlando and Tampa Oaks in Temple Terrace, eachwith 104,000 square feet; Weston Park of Commerce, in SouthFlorida, with 134,000 square feet of warehouse/office; andCarrollwood Corporate Center, a 20,000-square-foot office inTampa.
"It was a natural extension of our retail platform as wecontinue to seek new opportunities in leasing and management ofboth retail and commercial properties across Florida," says SusieRice, RMC president. The company now owns and manages 55 office andretail properties totaling 4.5 million square feet.
In related news, RMC has hired Linda Podlaski as its newdirector of property management. Podlaski has more than 25 years ofproperty management experience in the Tampa Bay market.
