[IMGCAP(2)]JLL notes that the appointment of Belisle to his new post enables Dan Probst, chairman of energy and sustainability services globally, to focus on firm-wide strategy and service integration among its three regions. Succeeding Belisle as president of PDS is Todd Burns, who previously served as the group's COO. Belisle will continue to chair PDS's specialty practices for the firm including hotels, healthcare, critical facilities, and industrial products.

Belisle has served as President of PDS since the start of 2006, and previously led the group's West Coast operations. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle, he was director of development and program management for the Walt Disney Co., where he was responsible for real estate strategies.

Under Belisle, PDS also has been involved in 73 LEED projects totaling over 35 million square feet in the Americas. The US Environmental Protection Agency has named Jones Lang LaSalle a 2010 Energy Star Partner of the Year and the California Sustainability Alliance recently awarded JLL its California Sustainability Showcase Award for commercial buildings. The alliance, funded by California utility customers under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission, is a program designed to help meet the state of California's energy, climate, resource and environmental goals.

The hiring of Siteman, a 25-year industry veteran, will bolster the JLL's mission critical solutions group, according to Whitley Collins, Jones Lang LaSalle's senior managing director of brokerage for the Los Angeles Region. The MCS group provides data center and collocation services including site selection, site due diligence, project financing, development, project management, public incentives negotiations and ongoing critical facilities management.

Siteman's background includes experience as a tenant representative with Bailes & Associates Inc., Quadrant5 and the Staubach Co. He also was SVP of business development and marketing for Base Partners Inc., a developer of mission critical facilities with data center projects throughout the US.
