According to the Dallas Morning News, the space at the former EDS building at 5320 Legacy Dr. will house Denbury's employees, who currently operate from offices at 5100 Tennyson Pkwy. nearby as well as Encore Acquisition employees, currently located at 777 Main St. in Fort Worth. Denbury will shut down Encore's 60,000-square-foot Fort Worth headquarters in the coming months. The Morning News article says the new space ensures that there is room for growth at the 5320 Legacy Dr. location, as well as at adjacent 5340 and 5360 Legacy Dr. buildings.
