After taking a break in new-store growth, J. Crew will add 15 units this year and has "ambitious" expansion plans in 2011, according to management. The move comes after fourth-quarter same-store sales rose 17% and the retailer posted better-than-expected earnings.Just a year ago, executives said they were cutting back on the addition of new stores. It would seem that J. Crew certainly has room to grow. The company only operates 218 of its namesake stores and has two other concepts, Crewcuts, for kids, and Madewell, a demin line, with only a handful of locations.Is it time for J.
