Urban Outfitters has leased 14,798 square feet of retail spaceon two levels at 2625 Broadway. It will be the clothing chain'sseventh Manhattan space overall and its second on the Upper WestSide, approximately 27 blocks north of its existing UWS location at2081 Broadway. Newmark Knight Frank's Amira Yunis and Zach Winklernegotiated for landlord Hudson Island, LLC. The tenant wasrepresented by Stephen Plourde and Keith Fencl of the McDevittCo.

Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 10-year,33,250-square-foot renewal on the second and third floors at 44 W.18th St. for National Reprographics Inc. James Buslik and AlanBonett of Adams & Co Real Estate represented both NRI andlandlord Forty Four Eighteen Associates in the transaction. Askingrent was $30 per square foot.
