Urban Outfitters has leased 14,798 square feet of retail space on two levels at 2625 Broadway. It will be the clothing chain's seventh Manhattan space overall and its second on the Upper West Side, approximately 27 blocks north of its existing UWS location at 2081 Broadway. Newmark Knight Frank's Amira Yunis and Zach Winkler negotiated for landlord Hudson Island, LLC. The tenant was represented by Stephen Plourde and Keith Fencl of the McDevitt Co.
Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a 10-year, 33,250-square-foot renewal on the second and third floors at 44 W. 18th St. for National Reprographics Inc. James Buslik and Alan Bonett of Adams & Co Real Estate represented both NRI and landlord Forty Four Eighteen Associates in the transaction. Asking rent was $30 per square foot.
A six-story elevatored apartment building at 37-05 90th St. in Queens was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $8,340,000. The 44,214-square-foot property in the Jackson Heights section of the borough includes 49 residential units and seven retail stores. Swain Weiner, VP of sales at Massey Knakal, brokered the sale; buyer and seller were not disclosed.
EnTrust Capital is moving into Tower 56, also known as 126 East 56th St. The financial services firm has signed a new 5,882-square-foot, five-year lease on the 22d floor. Harry F. Blair and Sean Kearns of FirstService Williams represented landlord Transwestern on the transaction; EnTrust was jointly represented by Studley and Newmark Knight Frank.

Internet perfume retailer Fragrancenet.com has bought a 130,000-square-foot industrial building at 900 Grand Blvd. here. The $6.5-million sale was valued at $50 per square foot. Richard Cohen of Ashlind Properties represented both the buyer and the seller, M.A.S. Boulevard Associates, a company owned by the Kristel Family.
