Studley' Adam Schindler and Paul Schweitzer represented Ward NorthAmerican in the transaction. Caulley Derringer and Stephen Beggsrepresented the building landlord, Northwestern Investment Management Co.

Ward selected the new location based on its access to major transportation routes and proximity to its corporate client base. The company is working with the Loudoun County Department of Economic Development to staff up the operation. It plans to be fully operational by April 1, 2010.

This submarket has seen an uptick in activity lately. First Potomac just announced it signed a lease with Latisys in its Corporate Campus at Ashburn Center. Now, First Potomac just signed another lease bringing the three-building part to full occupancy with a 15-year, 54,506-square-foot lease to the Gold's Gym franchise.
