NEW YORK CITY-Law firm Kenyon & Kenyon is close to renewing all 12 stories and 200,000 square feet it occupies at One Broadway, reports Lois Weiss of the New York Post . The firm takes up the entire building with the exception of a Citibank branch.

One Broadway, controlled by “offshore owners,” according to the Post has been Kenyon & Kenyon’s home since 1981. Pricing for the 10-year lease starts in the high $30-per-square-foot range and rises to the $40 range. CB Richard Ellis represented Kenyon & Kenyon, while the building’s owners were repped by FirstService Williams.
