The three-tower complex will be about 500-feet tall, and willcomprise about 1.7 million square feet. The West Tower, with 45floors, will have about 220 apartments; the Middle Tower with 41floors will have 645,834 square feet of office; and the 43-floorEast Tower will have 280 hotel rooms and additional officespace.
The plans call for one seven-floor, linked building. The projectis being built directly on the river Maas in Rotterdam'sWilhelminapier as part of the urban redevelopment of the formerport area into a new city district, according to a statement byZublin.
