MIAMI-Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. has completed vertical construction of its three-tower St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and expects continued success with sales of its ultra-luxury residences. Units in the 27-story beachfront towers range from 1,777 to 6,868 square feet at prices averaging $4 million.

Starwood began construction two years ago on the high-end hotel-condo project, which replaced the Sheraton Bal Harbour. The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort is being promoted as the largest residential-resort project in the Southeast, with 270 private homes, 205 guest rooms, 37 condo-hotel units, a 12,000-square-foot Remede spa and large balconies overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.
