International generic pharmaceutical sales and marketing company Camber Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has signed a 33,000-square-foot lease at 1031 Centennial Ave. Doug Bansbach and Robert Casagrande represented the tenant. Meanwhile, CCS Materials, Inc.--which was represented by Chad Hillyer and Michael Markey--has leased 26,000 square feet at 11 Colonial Dr. According to Cushman & Wakefield figures, rents in Middlesex County are around $5.30 a square foot.

Brian Fitzsimons, senior vice president and director of real estate for Murray Construction handled the lease negotiations in-house on behalf of the landlord. "We will be able to accommodate each company's unique occupancy needs and growth at these facilities with direct access to Route 287," Fitzsimons tells GlobeSt.com.

The Millburn-based Murray Construction Co. also controls Murray Corporate Center in Branchburg, Murray Industrial Park in Franklin Township, Quakerbridge Executive Center in Lawrence Township, Schoolhouse Plaza in Millburn, Liberty Corner Executive Center in Bernards Township, Northfield Officenter in West Orange and Southview Plaza in Westfield.
