ASM will occupy the third floor and is the lead tenant in the 118,358-square-foot building. The company moved to this facility to enhance its operating efficiencies and reduce rental costs. Northern Bergen County is home to other corporations including Par Pharmaceutical Cos., BMW and KPMG.
