Before this, he served as senior managing director and branch manager of Cushman & Wakefield's downtown Los Angeles office. Hotchkiss also helped oversee the ongoing expansion of the firm's industrial practice as senior managing director of industrial services for the Western Region.
During his 17 years as a Cushman & Wakefield broker, he was involved in more than 500 transactions and was awarded the National Service Excellence Award in 2001. Hotchkiss was promoted to a management position in 2007.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Hotchkiss serves on the executive committee of the Los Angeles Economic Development Corp. and the board of directors at Homeboy Industries. In addition, he is an active member of the Industrial Asset Management Council, Central City Association, NAIOP's Southern California chapter, SIOR, the American Industrial Real Estate Association and the Los Angeles Headquarters Association.
