Before this, he served as senior managing director and branchmanager of Cushman & Wakefield's downtown Los Angeles office.Hotchkiss also helped oversee the ongoing expansion of the firm'sindustrial practice as senior managing director of industrialservices for the Western Region.

During his 17 years as a Cushman & Wakefield broker, he wasinvolved in more than 500 transactions and was awarded the NationalService Excellence Award in 2001. Hotchkiss was promoted to amanagement position in 2007.

A graduate of the University of Southern California, Hotchkissserves on the executive committee of the Los Angeles EconomicDevelopment Corp. and the board of directors at Homeboy Industries.In addition, he is an active member of the Industrial AssetManagement Council, Central City Association, NAIOP's SouthernCalifornia chapter, SIOR, the American Industrial Real EstateAssociation and the Los Angeles Headquarters Association.
