Pelusi pointed out that if he were an investor, he would look at opportunities in markets in the top 10 to top 50 range and not necessarily dive into tertiary markets.
The state of capital markets today is 100% better than it was a year ago and 100% better than six months or even than 30 days ago, he explained.
