Keeney joined Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial's office and life sciences division, working out of the firm's UTC headquarters with a focus on tenant representation. Previously, he was a senior vice president at CB Richard Ellis from 2001 to 2009, having rejoined that company in 2001 following career stints in Asia and Hawaii. In 1993, Jones Lang LaSalle-Hong Kong tapped Kenney to establish its corporate real estate practice representing US and European multinationals across the Asia Pacific region. While in Asia, Keeney also founded the local office of the John Buck Co., working on behalf of corporate users and landowners in major Asian markets. Subsequently, he managed CB Richard Ellis' Hawaii office.

[IMGCAP(2)]Illes leads Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial's newly developed urban strategies group in the company's downtown office. The group provides real estate strategies for owners, users and investors of retail, hospitality, creative office and mixed-use properties in the urban and coastal areas of Southern California. In 1983, Illes began a 17-year career with the Ernest Hahn Co. and thereafter in 2001 founded Urban Labs, which specialized in urban real estate strategy, design and planning and later became The Hardage Group, where Illes handled the planning and design of three waterfront hotel and retail projects in San Diego and Los Angeles, as well as a mixed-use project in Salt Lake City.

[IMGCAP(3)]Colson joined Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial's net leased investment group, working out of the company's UTC headquarters. He comes to the company from Single Net Properties, where he spent eight years specializing in single and multi-tenant, net leased investment properties throughout the western United States with an emphasis on retail.

[IMGCAP(4)]Rosen, who was named vice president leasing at Terramar Retail Centers, formerly was a managing partner at Baxter Retail Group Inc. in Hermosa Beach. He now assumes responsibility for overseeing Terramar's leasing department and its activity on the company's 3.3-million-square-foot portfolio. Rosen's previous posts include senior leasing positions with the Stitzel Co., Madison Marquette Retail Services and CenterCal Properties LLC, working on such high-profile California shopping centers as One Colorado, Two Rodeo Drive and The Gardens on El Paseo.

He also served as vice president of real estate and marketing for Crocodile Enterprises Inc., where he was responsible for the national rollout of the Crocodile Café and Crocodile Express concepts.
