According to Peter Wisniewski, executive vice president andpartner, Coldwell Banker Commercial Feist & Feist Realty Corp.,who was the sole broker in the transaction, Peterson Industriessold the property for $2.7 million; the buyer is undisclosed.

Last year, Wisniewski was involved in the sale of a100,000-square-foot industrial facility on 13 acres nearby thislocation and has since completed leases there for over 40,000square feet. In the first quarter of 2010, John Adams, president ofthe firm--and his associates--completed almost 150,000 square feetof industrial leases and renewals in Somerset County alone.
