At CBRE, Kiffe will be responsible for driving production in thecompany's Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA product lines. He willalso oversee the continuing development of an integrated agency/FHAplatform there.

In a release, Peter Donovan, senior managing director of CBRE'snational multi-housing group, calls Kiffe "a dynamic leader in themulti-housing industry who will direct our efforts to deliver trulycoordinated multi-housing finance alternatives to satisfy ourclients' ever-evolving needs." Brian Stoffers, president of CBRECapital Market, says in the release that Kiffe is "a much respectedindustry professional and will deliver great experience to our teamand the clients that we serve."

Kiffe joined Freddie in 1992, rising to head of production in1997. Before that 18-year stint, Kiffe was with GMAC Mortgage Corp.and Norwest Mortgage in Minneapolis for about 10 years. He focusedon commercial real estate lending and mortgage banking atGMAC/Norwest. For five years prior to Norwest, Kiffe worked inMinneapolis as an attorney specializing in commercial realestate.
