At Transwestern, they will represent both tenants and landlords indeals in the District. For the moment, this is still a tenant'smarket, Russi tells GlobeSt.com, although less so than it was 10months ago. "The general feeling is that concessions will flatten out--but they are still higher than what they have been." By 2013, he predicts, DC will be performing closer to its historical levels.

Transwestern is still looking to fill a gap in its multifamilyplatform left by the departure last month of Al Cissel and ScottMelnick, who joined Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets business.
