Cushman & Wakefield's Alexander Smith and Jordan Rovito negotiated for the tenant, while UGL Equis, specifically David Stefancic, spoke for USG. Financial terms of the deal were not released, but Neutral will take the space for an 11-year term, taking the entire ninth floor.

Neutral currently leases roughly 20,000 square feet at two Chicago locations: One South Wacker, where it holds 15,423 square feet, and 30 S. Wacker, where it has 4,910 feet. We're looking forward to bringing all of our headquarters personnel back into one centralized location that can also support our growth," says Rob Junkroski, CFO for Neutral.
