Frank Lopriore, Fairfield, NJ-based SVP with the tenant advisorygroup at Grubb & Ellis, represented ZT in the deal. "We wereengaged by ZT to provide national strategic real estate planning toaccommodate their growing needs and objectives," Lopriore says in arelease. He adds that the tenant "benefited by cost savingsolutions while improving their efficiencies." A data centersolutions provider, ZT has been a tenant at 350 Meadowlands since2005.
With the expansion by ZT, 350 Meadowlands is now more than 97%occupied. The property is part of Hartz Mountain Industries' HarmonCove mixed-use development; Charles Reese of Hartz represented thebuilding ownership in the ZT renewal and expansion.
